the breakfast offered a huge range of options and a live cooking station. i found the pool and spas quite relaxing after a busy day. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants. the location was perfect for accessing public transport, made getting around simple.

The staff was genuinely helpful! i got a street view as i requested. the breakfast buffet had many choices. It was worth it. the late checkout time at noon was a nice change.

The location was prime! i found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions. the bed was comfy. i also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, a real treat to start the day.
the gym could use a bit more equipment.

a mostly adequate stay
arrogant staff empty minibar
the breakfast had lots of different food, it was quite varied.
The reception staff acted like i was supposed to know everything already. they were a bit arrogant and unhelpful. i also expected at least a bottle of water in the room. The minibar was completely empty.

perfect location easy public transport variety of restaurants elevator engine intermittent water unfriendly staff
the location was perfect, close to the zoo. public transport was easy to access. there were a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The toilet water ran intermittently. i heard a lot of noise from the elevator engine. the front desk staff was not smiling enough. I missed a friendly demeanor.
